Here's how it works:

1. Download the app and set up your Clean Laundry account. For further inquiries, feel free to contact our store at 910-769-2392.
2. Schedule a pick-up and prepare your laundry in 13-gallon kitchen trash bags or a designated laundry bag, clearly labeled with your preferences. Specify any special washing or drying requests in the app.
3. A professional driver will arrive at your location for pickup; kindly place your laundry outside your front door unless instructed otherwise. You will receive text notifications when the driver is en route and once they have collected your items.
4. Your freshly laundered, folded, and sanitized clothes will be returned to the same location within 48 hours of pick-up. Express next-day service is available upon special request.

All laundry loads undergo thorough sanitization, stain treatment, and sorting. We guarantee that items are not intermingled between customers and are returned neatly folded in sealed packaging to preserve their freshness.
